This is your opportunity to enroll in benefits for the 2025 plan year. Also, this is your special
opportunity to get supplemental life insurance without completing Evidence of Insurability.
If
you don’t go online to MyHR and complete all the enrollment steps within 45 days of your hire date, you will
have to wait until the next annual enrollment to sign-up for benefits. The enrollment decisions you make
will remain in place through December 31 unless you experience a Family Status Change.

When it comes time to enroll, you’ll need a few things:
When you make your benefit elections, be sure to have your dependents’ Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
